This process helps with removing the excessive oil and dirt you have on your face. Massage your face for 1-2 minutes Leave it for few minutes until it gets dry and then wash your face. Gently pat your skin with towel. Grate beetroot into fine pieces and use a strainer to take out the juice Add 1 tablespoon of yogurt, glycerin, Aloe Vera gel and ½ tablespoon sandalwood powder.
Mix it well .. Add one tablespoon of lime juice.. if you want you can add fresh lime juice too.. It’s ready to use now… Apply it on your face Lot of us know about the benefits of eating beetroot but using beetroot as a facemask is not something which lot of us know Beetroot is very effective for your skin whether it’s in a form of food, drink or face mask. Helps with healing the dead skin too.. This helps a lot in improving your skin tone and getting pinkish glow to your face.
This face mask holds well for all skin types whether it’s regular, dry or oily. This face mask works really well on acne prone or blackhead prone skins. Even if you have dark circles or puffy eyes, this face mask will be a great help. Add ½ tablespoon of black pepper, ½ tablespoon cumin seed powder, black salt as per your taste, 2 tablespoon lemon juice Mix it well!! transfer it to the glass to drink it You can enjoy this drink on daily basis, since it’s a good source of anti-oxidants so it will help you make your skin looks young, fresh and soft.
